As the RH line ascends, we descend with the LH to create the effect of inner voice motion, using:
1) inner voice motion (i.e. nat7-b7 over Fmi7)
2) descending scalar motion (i.e. targeting the 3rd of E7 and simply descending with Bmi7 scalar motion C#D,B,A into our target G#)
