  1. Dexter Gordon of course incredible on sax, great solo in my opinion- many great lines you can add to your jazz vocabulary. Dexter is a tough act to follow, but quite a piano solo mid-way.
  2. This one took me be surprise, I came in expecting a lot of guitar- but was pleasantly surprised by the great groove established right from the start, and the amazing piano solo! Great use of double octave melody lines!
  3. Always try to listen to a vocal version to pick up on phrasing, but struggled to find one for this tune. However I found a unique rendition with Chick Corea on piano and Bobby McFerrin vocalizing amazing walking bass lines, and vocal scatting! One of a kind!
