How to Use Dynamics to Create Drama

In this lesson, we are going to examine how to you can use dynamics - BOTH loud and soft - to bring out the drama of the tune. Some pianistic devices when playing loud include: LH tremolos, runs and big chords. Some pianistic devices when playing soft include: spatial voicings, 2-note counterpoint and using both extremes of range (high and low).
